As most women do, I wear many hats. Not only am I a financial coach but I'm also a wife, mom, full-time professional, and a Christian.

I've been teaching people about money for 20+ years. I'm blessed to be able to go beyond teaching to working one-on-one to help women implement their plans and achieve their goals.

I got into personal finance because I love math but I wasn't always good with managing my money. In my mid-20s, I remember sitting in the living room after work, hungry, but I didn't have enough money to get cash from the ATM - and my credit card was already maxed out. I thought, "why do I keep doing this; what's wrong with me?". It turns out, I just didn't learn enough about money growing up. Now, I want to use my experience to serve others.

I've since been though a lot of trial and error with my money and learned a lot of valuable lessons. It's so rewarding to know that whatever situations my clients have, even if it's not one I've been through, we can work through it together to find the right solution specifically for them.

I find the way to get more comfortable with money is to talk about it, get honest with how you feel about it, and start taking small actions in a positive direction.
